For new requests: if after checking the Help Center and either submitting a Contact Form or chatting with a Support Agent you still need additional help, you should reach out to your fundraising coach directly via email.

For ongoing conversations/email threads: keep the conversation going in the thread – if you’re already talking about it, no need to submit additional tickets through live chat.

Schedule a Call with Your Fundraising Coach

You can also always schedule time to speak with your fundraising coach over the phone. Phone support is by appointment only, but your coach is always happy to schedule time! Again, keep in mind that phone support is what’s counted towards the hours you get each month, so it’s best to keep calls focused on strategy or building your relationship.
