There’s no shortage of ways to get help and get in touch if you have questions. The quickest way to get help is to use our self-help resources. This saves you waiting on a support agent or your Fundraising Coach to get back to you. It also means that the time you spend on the phone with your Fundraising Coach is spent around strategy, rather than tech support. Phone time is what’s counted towards the number of hours you have each month with your coach, so it’s best to keep tech related questions and requests online.
